Questions for AT&T Management.

I was often one of the people who asked questions at "town meetings" with AT&T management and during lunch I would often discuss good questions to ask. Here are a couple of questions still on my mind.

(1) Question for AT&T CEO Mike Armstrong:
AT&T announced losses of over 5 billion dollars on Concert and billions more on Excite. As a result of losses like these hundreds of employees in AT&T Labs were layed off due to no fault of their own. Why do the people responsible for these failures, not only get to keep their jobs, but also continue to make important decisions about the future of the company? For example, don't you think it's a little unfair that Dave Dorman, head of Concert while it was losing billions of dollars is now President of AT&T and others lost their jobs partly because of what he did?

(2) Question for AT&T Labs head Hossein Eslambolchi :
As you are undoubtedly aware, employees who were put "at risk" under the Forced Management Plan have the right to know the age statistics of those let go versus those retained in their "job universe". However I and others were put in separate "universes" of just one and thus (in effect) were given no age statistics at all. Since this makes it look like AT&T is trying to hide something, don't you think it would be better if the age statistics for all those "at risk" versus those "retained" were made available? I am a dissatisfied customer. I ordered and paid for by credit a Phone to Go which I was told the order went through, yet I never received my phone. I've been told five different stories by five different sales reps. The first rep told me my phone was on hold due to back orders because your company ran out of phones, then the next one told me they had no file on record for me, then the next one told me my order never went through, then the next rep told me they are in back order because new phones are being made for new phone to go members. What the heck is going on! You all took $60 off my mothers credit card, yet I do not have my phone. If I do not receive my phone this week im reporting AT&T to the Better Business Buearu.
